They are great, best company I've ever had the pleasure of buying from!
They are an exceptional company with great customer service. I participate in the forums over there too and graham one of their staff is extremely helpful. They might be a little more expensive than the competition but when you know that you can report faulty items or mistakes in your order, with a reply in a few hours if not straight away to solve your problems then I dont mind paying a bit more.
I would rate them as one of the best companies i've had the pleasure of dealing with.

I remember when Graham used to come into work with his list of bits he was trying to sell (he'd just left school and started as a trainee tech) - even in those days he was selling hi end stuff. Nice guy, nice wee shop and very helpful.
Not really much I can say that hasn't already been said.
Great company, very friendly. You know if something goes wrong with your order, these guys will see to it that they can fix it in lightening speed times.

Its nice to read such a %100 positive thread about a company and shows
a.) People don't mind paying for quality service
b.) Kustom are doing it "right"

I also rate them highly for customer service.
I bought a case which arrived broken (city link damage) emailed them and they said
city link would be around on this day and they picked it up and sent me a new one.
No fuss.
