case & psu recommends wanted

Any one help
Looking for a decent case and psu for a system that i need to build for an office the case will be in a small back office so probably just a nice plain beige of old would do also a psu that would be running an amd system with a raid array also an office suite and no games but would be running some sort of dvd showing animated products or a screen show of still photos (don't know if this will take extra power)
