You need to have the correct drivers on a floppy disk for this!

XP Service Pack 2 and Server 2003 will see individual SATA drives without a driver but for any OS below that and for ANY kind of RAID array you need the F6 driver disk. If you've got SATA drives in RAID (or even as standalone) you need the F6 floppy disk driver and when you see the prompt hit F6. The setup continues for a bit then asks you if you have a manufacturer's driver disk for any RAID arrays. You press 'S' to have it search the floppy drive and it gives you a highlighted white box with your choices.

The driver you need to look for is NVIDIA SerialATA F6 Driver and you need to go back and press 'S' and install both parts of the driver (both show up as required). If you've done it correctly you'll see a little list appearing as you add the drivers and when you're done press 'Enter' which allows you to go on to the actual setup of Windows.

To keep things easy, just load the Nvidia RAID drivers to start with; you can load the Highpoint 370 ones more easily in Windows once the system is built and patched up. I'd also advise you to disconnect any drives attached to the Highpoint controller until you're ready to install the system and you'll have a clean painless setup. Lastly, leave the disk in until it's done, don't pull it out after you've loaded the drivers as it will only ask for them again!
