About LinkBacksHi all i have a full pc that will sit in a small office at the back door and also now need to have a monitor\keyboard\mouse arrangement to be used in the front desk.
Do i build a full pc and network them or is there something cheaper?

Stick a firewire cable between themIf they both got firewire port. Else a 10/100 network will be the second-cheapest solution

Do you need to use the system at the back & front office? If so, at the same time? A simple KVM extender might sort you out, but it isn't clear what you hope to achieve.

Setting up a Remote desktop will be easier and cheaper than a KVM. Although KVM will be good for troubleshooting in case there is something wrong with the remote computer.

THe full pc in the back ofice will hold everything but now i want to be able to sit at the front and have access to this pc.
So do i build another pc and network them together or is there a magic box that i can plug a monitor \keyboard\mouse into then connect that to the main pc
