motherboard cpu ram upgrade bundles ?

i know novatech do these but do any other retailers do similar deals with a mobo cpu ram heatsink and fan in one as a friend needs his pc upgraded

minimum cpu and ram is a64 3000 and 512 ram

edit: and the cpu must be socket 939 and mobo preferably but not essential support dual core with a bios update in future !
