    Its a netgear adsl router and modem as burned alive guessed

    I have an external lacie hard drive but its behind me as I only use it for backups

    Sweet. Do you use the external Lacie for routine backups or just when you need to do a reinstall on your main rig?

    Yeah I dont have it hooked up all the time just for reinstalls. I burn dvds for regular backups as its just as quick

    Just about to re-sort my office to accommodate the CHIP / chemical hazard labelling system I have cobbled together. Anyway current pic of my desk (at work). On the side of this set up I have
    2 laser printers
    4 thermal transfer label printers

    The office is literally unheated due to the amount of kit in it.

    If you look really carefully you can see my spare bike tyres behind the desk. Best bit is the bottom draw, my playstation lives in it, and is hooked yp to the CRT

    bsodmike - Is it such a good idea to have that heater plugged into the same powerboard as the PC?

    I've been taking much better shots with some practice with my new digi cam, I've been using the flash all the time up till now to get anything in focus hehe.











    I need to get a tripod really but these are much better than before
