    Need Prebuild PC

Ok, I was wondering if anyone could help me here. I got a friend who wants a new PC as theres has gone dead.

Now I don't have the time to build one, and she wouldn't know how. So we need a PC for £400-£450 which has
    • AMD Processor (Was thinking Sempron)
    • 512mb Ram
    • 120gb HDD
    • TFT Monitor

Also prefrebly from a shop where she can go and pick it up.

Ebuyer have some pretty good Aries PCs, may be worth a look.

How did you get that? The best I got to was:
Mobo Asus A7S8X-MX, SiS 741GX uATX DDR400 inc VGA 10/100 Lan USB 2.0 6Ch Audio, SATA
CPU AMD Sempron 2400+ (SoA) (1.667ghz) CPU OEM
    RAM 512Mb PC3200 184pin DDR 400 DIMM Memory
    HDD 80GB Excelstor ESJ680S (7200rpm, 2MB) SATA HDD
GRAPHICS 128Mb Abit ATI R9250-128CDT TV DVI 128Bit
OPTIC1 DVR-110D 16x Dual Layer Black IDE DVDRW +/- OEM
    OPTIC2
3.5” 1.44Mb Sony Black Floppy Disk Drive OEM
    SOUND Onboard
CASE Pcicase CS5218A Zicro Micro ATX Tower Case - No PSU
    MONITOR AG Neovo F417 17" TFT 12ms 450:1 (1280x1024) Hard Coating, Anti-Glare and Anti-Static Monitor - Black (3 Years On Site Warranty)
PSU Ebuyer Extra Value 400w ATX PSU/P4 Ready in Silver
OS Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP2 OEM Single

Which came to £416, and that was buying some from Scan, some from Ebuyer and a couple from Savastore.

If it really has to be a shop then try here - http://www.comet.co.uk/comet/html/cache/568.html - all prices are the same in store and some of them seem to be fairly good for that store. Personally i order online for a better deal.

If you can get near MD, then they come close to matching the spec u need

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/product...ProductID=9897 but its a but only an 80gb hard drive.

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/product...ProductID=9898 this one meets your spec but neither of the MD PC's come with a monitor though the first one would leve u plenty of cash to get one.
