If I take my Shuttle to Canada, where I am thinking about spending a winter season, will it work on the lower voltage?
Simple question, but I'm confused about it!

Depends upon your PSU.
Canada is 110V like the USA so if your PSU either auto adjusts or has a 110V switch you should be OK (need a new cable or an adapter though as different socket).
Yeh cant see why not - best thing to do is crack her open and check the voltage range can be from 110/30V up to 230-50 V. Also - red switch on the back of the PSU - before going over, switch it to 110V...that is, if the PSU has one (most up to date ones dont).
Just - dont plug it back in without checking the red switch...or some fireworks will be in store
