PIII PSU... AMD compatible?

A mate of mine is wanting to upgrade his PIII mobo and processor to an AMD XP setup. What neither of us know is whether the current PIII compatible PSU is going to have all the right connectors and stuff for an nForce2 mobo.

Anyone able to indulge us?

it should do, as long as the nforce motherboard doesn't require an additional "P4" 4-pin power connection from the motherboard. Assuming the power supply is 250w or more it should be fine. (and the XP isn't top spec with loads of hard drives etc)

It'll work, but if your powering a NF2 based board, you should really look at getting a new PSU with it
