Need Help With RAM

Ok, so i have been using the Corsair Twinx512-3200LLPT (2 x 256) alongside a NF7-S and AMD Barton 2500+ for some time now. Ive been noticing a bit of sluggish performance recently with a few games here and there.

Im not a big OC fan these days so normally leave all on stock. So i would like to stick more RAM in this machine and would like some opinions please.

Preferably 1gb of ram and would still like to run dual ddr. Open to suggestions and any would be appreciated.

I would just stick some Corsair Value Select in - tight timings aren't really worth the extra money in my opinion. Also, if you still have a Geforce 4, you might want to give that a cheap(ish) upgrade as well e.g. 6600GT. I've just upgraded from a 9600 to a 6600GT, and I can definately see the performance improvement!

I am a great advocate of Geil. Microdirect sell a 1GB PC3200 pack for 70quid.

As for the graphics card ive updated to a 6800gt so thats all fine
