Well you know your multiplier is locked so all you can do is up the FSB a bit at a time and see how stable you can keep it. Keep the RAM synced to FSB (1:1, 3:3 etc) and it shouldn't become limiting (PC3200 can run up to 200FSB), but I would keep timings (latency) set to AUTO/SPD. Ensure you have PCI/AGP locked at 33/66 too. There are a few obscure BIOS settings which can help or hinder o/c'ing but they shouldn't play a big part, just disable Spread Spectrum really. When you find the fastest stable speed you should back off a bit to ensure long term stability and minimise stress. Although you could try a better cooler or try upping the voltage slightly but voltage adds a lot more heat and stress.
If you're o/c'ing with gaming in mind you'll get much bigger gains by o/c'ing your gfx card.
