which bits to buy?

I need some input on my choices for my new pc.

after many hours of reading and browsing i have come up with this kit i quite fancy but are unsure about.

ASUS A8N-E 939 £65
ATHLON X2 4200 £340
CORSAIR TWINX2048-3200C2 2GB RAM £210
XFX GEFORCE 7800GT 256 EXTREME EDITION 450/1050 £279

which cpu fan to buy for this x2 4200?

have u found these cheaper ?
do u think this is a good enough rig for gaming and dvd decoding?

if u think a better setup for more power and better stability feel free to give your input, if u feel i should i hold off on the g/card and wait for the new ati stuff please say so. i would like to order these this week if i can so if u can find time to offer some input id appreciate it.

You can always find more power for a system the trouble is afforability, how much cash do you have to work with? Im assuming you already have Hard drives and optical devices? What PSU are you going to use?

I would get a 3800X2 and get a super cooler to clock it.. adds up to be cheaper as well..

XP-120 + Panaflo (or Tornado)

or u can go all high tech with water cooling..

yes the case is an antec and the psu brand escapes me but i know its the new atx 24 pin version.
yes the hard drives are sorted, i didnt add all these to the system as they werent relevant to the questions i asked i just want your input to the questions i asked about the parts, price, and value, my budget is a total of £800, just want help on the items i have listed.
