    Logitech G15 keyboard

Anyone seen any reviews of this? I was holding out for one, but the Saitek Eclipse is starting to look mighty tempting...

Personally I think this keyboard is foul. The most perplexing thing on it is the little LCD display. They say its to display things such as health and ammo in games but I realy can't see a point to it apart from to look "cool".

Who takes their eyes away from the screen to look at their keyboard, especially during an intense gaming session...

Well, maybe my gran but she's 80

    It's a "love-or-hate" thing I suppose... I find most keyboards like that.

(Just traded my nice and cheap LN852 keyboard for a Logitec UltraX one... so wont get one for a bit )

Yeah, i've always loved an ms natural kb ever since i purchased the first editions... now i'm on a multimedia version (my elite died due to beer contamination ) and i still can't fault them.

I'll be getting one of those OLED keyboards when they come out tho, as long as it's a natural type

I dont know, the lcd panel may be useful in other things, showing progress in video and audio when they are full screen or maybe displaying temperatures when in a game or benchmarking full screen. I dont know how flexible it is.

well the rumour is that it's a programmable, matrix display, which could be interesting. Whether games will support it I don't know. If the keyboard's not much cop, then I guess you may as wel buy a standalone VFD display panel. I'll wait for the reviews though.

Scan are listing this keyboard at £46.99 inc VAT but its not in stock yet. Judging from posts above they'll be selling plenty later this month (maybe)!
