    Mobile P4 on Asus P4P800

I got a 3.06ghz pentium 4 m cpu from a broken Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop and installed it on
my p4p800se motherboard (s478). It works fine, but only runs at 1600mhz.
I understand that this is because of Intel SpeedStep to save power, but I really don't care
about power usage on a desktop pc. Is there a simple way to run it at 3.06ghz?

Yes, It's set to 533 like it should be.

Found the specs from intel, if that helps:
