Nothing but problems

Since I built this pc 2 months back i have had nothing but problems. System crahses beep beep beep sound and no picture display.

Ive been away all weekend and come bk to turn on pc and i get the blue screen as soon as windows boots and goes into a vicous cycle. So i take the ram and and re slot it. Now i get a beeep....beeep,,,,,,,,,beeeep and no picture no boot. I have no idea why i keep getting random stuff going on all the time and so random.

Could someone firstly tell me how too fix this prob and secondly how i can find out what is causing all these random probs. I have only jsut done a format to try fix this

Edit: The beeping has stopped but its just on a blue screen cycle, and i duno how to get into safe mode, del takes me to bios and f8 takes me too boot menu where i have options to choose what device i want to boot

is your artic silencer fitted properly? maybe check gfx card temps.

Run memtest too to see if it's a dodgy ram stick.

how can i check my gfx card temps if i cant get into wondows. F8 takes me what device too boot with, del takes me to bios and booting from windows cd takes me to recovery/repair where it asks for my admin password, but i didnt set one, so i hit enter and it keeps on asking. Pretty much all out of ideas. So annoying.

Clearly one of the bits is knackered, but the trouble with these new PCI-E systems is that it's difficult to find anything to swap and narrow it down...

Im not much of a wize when it comes to hardware. i dont know wot signs mean what etc. I dont think it is the ram as ive tried each one on their own. The gfx card is the only thing i bought second hand off hexus. But i have noway of checking if its that or not. Everything else is brand new also.

Basically im stumped, anyone live in the kingston area or would be willing to give me a hand?

The blue screen says 2 different things now:
pagefault_in_nonpaged_area and also IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Too boot into safe mode you could maybe press F8 to get the boot menu (CD, HDD, etc) then as soon as you've pressed Enter for HDD booting, press F8 again and it should bring up the XP menu

Can you borrow some different make/model RAM to test out?

If you want to check the ram & haven't got any more to swap it with you could try memtest available here http://www.memtest86.com/ good look sometimes these problems take ages to diagnose & most times it's something really silly. If you haven't done so try reseating all memory & cards ect take out all but the basics ie unplug ext perifherals / modem / sound card / extra hard drives anything that isnt absolutely necissary to get the machine to run if it then runs ok try putting back all the other bits until it plays up again thus locating the dodgy bit.
