Speaker cables

I have a set of 6.1 Creative speakers. In moving house, I seem to have lost the cable which connects the soundcard to the subwoofer inputs. You know, the cable which is basically 3 x 3.5mm jacks for the left/right, centre and subwoofer channels. Does anyone know where I can get a spare one? I've googled but cant find anything.

I know that I could just buy three separate cables, but it's a neater solution to have the proper cable.
