Best Quiet PSU for my rig

Hi all, I currently have a Q-Tec 550w PSU which I bought due to its cheap price and to be honest its the loudest part of my system Just wondering if anyone could recommend a quiet PSU thats not to expensive and should power my system ok.

Rig is as follows:
AMD Athlon XP T'Bred 1700+ @ 2Ghz
2 x 256mb Corsair PC3200
Abit NF7-S v1
Gainward GeForce Ti4200
Lite-on 40/16/48 CDRW
Pioneer 16x DVD-ROM

I'm wondering if I can get away with less than 400w because the price of the lower watt PSU's is certainly cheaper. Could someone with a similar setup please comment on their PSU wattage and give any recommendations?

Just noticed a PSU thread going on at the bottom of this page Doh! can't believe I missed it. I'm looking at the T/Take 420w which is £44 from CPUCity will this be a suitable PSU for my setup?
