TV Tuner Card

Hey. I'm looking for a decent digital TV card. I'd like PCI unless USB is much better. I was looking at this:

I'd like to stick around that price range also.

Does anyone know if that's any good, or if there's anything better for the price?

According to Computer Shopper the replacement for this (MD are out of stock of this model. Given that it's obsolete will they ever get it in again?) gives a poor picture in full screen mode. They recommend the TwinHan Ter D+A:

It seems to have everything you could need.
