AGGHH! My Scan Free Delivery Doesnt Work!! Help?! Anyone?

Hey guys,

I tried to order something from Scan this week, but I can't even log into my old account (With those free Hexus-Scan delivery stuff). Its like all my details at Scan has been erased.

So all is fine, so I started a new account.. when I tried to get my HEXUS ID to work.. suprise suprise.. its not validated! I mean.. it just tells me, please enter ur HEXUS details correctly... I've checked it a hundred times.. those ARE my detials...

Moderators? HEXUS admin?! Anyone? HELP! I really need to get something off Scan.. and I'd like to get it without that £10 delivery fee..

I imagine its because you cant register the same account with 2 accounts if you get what i mean. I would have though a quick call to customer service in the morning would sort it
