athlon 64 4000+ question

hi all

was wondering if someone could help ???? im thinking of upgrading my athlon 64 3500+ to an athlon 64 4000+ san diego 90nm. but was wondering if it would be ok in my mobo which is a MSI K8N Neo2 platinum, i no longer have the box or booklet for the mobo so cant look it up.
