A8N-SLI Premium Vcore problem

I'm trying to undervolt my Venice 3000+. I know the CPU can do 0.97V in my last board. So I set the voltage to 1V, and plan to down down the way.

But strange things happens. Regardless of whether it is Windows or BIOS. I can't get the Vcore below 1.10V, despite I set 0.95V in the BIOS.

Anyone got same experience?

The sensors might be wrong, but how can I check it? I'll probably see if I can put the voltage down to 0.9V and see if it boots. If it does, that means the sensor is wrong...

EDIT: I've just set the voltage down to 0.900V. So it should not be possible that the system can boot. But its prime95ing in Windows perfectly fine. So the board doesn't go below 1.1V as it is then.
EDIT2: Prime95 did die just now....So it appears to be working....
EDIT3: Tried even lower voltage and the temperature does not go down, no error coming up as well. Asus PC Probe keep interfering with SP2004 which caused illegal sumout. After I closed all Asus-related programs SP2004 ran fine. Speedfan also reporting 1.1V. So its definitely something wrong with the voltage regulator that doesn't allow me to drop below 1.1V.
