1. Could somebody kindly recommend a Shuttle XPC barebones given I have the following requirements:
- General wide usage including graphics and audio visual processing, but not many games
- Quiet as possible
- Intel CPU based
- Ability to accommodate 2 or 3 hard drives if needed
- Gigabit Ethernet
- Black or dark grey in colour if possible
2. Are there any reputable companies that will build a Shuttle system to ones own requirements?

From recent experience I would suggest you put it together yourself, its not that hard and the instructions are quite good, plus with the shuttles most parts and cables are already in place. Also you could save yourself between £300-£400 by sourcing the parts yourself.

That is going to be your problem. Most shuttles are built to take the minimum components (1xfloppy, 1xHDD & 1xCD/DVD) that is why they are so small.Quote:

Just thought Id warn you that the P-series shuttles are the top-of-the-range and are going to be expensive!
You may wish to look into a mATX system as you'll be able to get that many components into an mATX case easier.
