    Unhappy Stable???

No sure if i can consider this stable or not..
I change the front side bus to 200 and kept the multipler at 11 so iam getting 2200mhz. After running prime95 for 30 mins it halts with 1 error 0 warnings cpu temp is 52c after 30mins am kind of afraid to run it over night i want to be around if somthing goes wrong. mem timings are 8-3-3-2 if i remeber correctly. my 3dmark score stayed the same at times it gets kinda jerky for a sec or so. iam only getting a 5500 i know my video care is my bottleneck but iam not sure if i should back off a little or tinker some more. Its a shuttle so i know i should be careful any advice would be helpful.

    Thanks guys

p.s if you guys need more info ill be around

Bit more info needed like cpu, ram, voltages, etc? Post your spec and we will be able to help a bit more. Something to try if you haven't already done it is to up your vdimm to 2.7v and try again

Set your multiplier down to 9 or something and then raise your FSB 5mhz at a time until it becomes unstable. When it does back off by 5 or so and begin to up your multiplier. You should also set your voltage back to stock and only up it if needed. Hope this helps.

I myself am also fairly new at this, but it was my understanding that the 2500+ was stock voltage at 1.6 or 1.65. 1.85 seems awfully high. Anyone else wanna confirm this?

Nah, 1.85v ain't that high. Just as long as you find your system is stable, then everything's sweet. The default voltage for a Barton is 1.65v.

ATM, running with the specs in my sig, I can only run Prime95 for half an hour like you. However, same setup, I can run SiSoft Sandra's Burn-in 24hrs and also do some folding at the same time. The only way I can get Prime95 stable (get it to run 24hrs straight) is to up the voltage to 1.75v.
