Hard Disk Diagnose Software

hi, does anyone know where i can get a diagnose software for my MaxLine 250GB hard disk? i try the Maxtor website but it seems like they only have it for non-sata hard disk.

Try UBCD, it contains plenty of hard drive testing tools along with various other testing tools.

The Powermax Diagnostics will work with sata drives, it's just not clear that it'll work on there site as they say it's for ATA, but read more and it does work with sata.

hm.. tried the power max from maxtor.com, it look like filbert was wrong. it really does not support SATA. It saw it will detect the hard disk in around 1 min but i waited for 30min and still nothing. or mabye it is my hard disk that has the problem.

I don't believe Maxtor have a SATA diagnostic tool yet.
