    Should i sell my 6800GT?

    Hi,

I currently have a AGP 6800GT and am upgrading my CPU and M/B. Is it worth me selling my 6800GT now so i can get a SLI board with PCI GFX or just keep my 6800GT and manage with that?

    Cheers,
    RealM

Depends what your current system specs are. If I were you I'd keep hold of what you have, an 6800GT will last you for a while yet and unless you have no problem money wise and plan on getting a 7800GT PCI-E, I don't see the point in changing anything.

You could go for the ASrock mobo which has AGP and Pci express.

if it was me i'd stay with the 6800 for the moment and in a while get a 7800 (and then another if you can afford it )

If you are happy with the performance you hate at present, then theres no poit in upgradeing, you might as well stick with it untill you start to find it a struggle then do a bulk upgrade, seen as your gonna need a new mobo. Might as well get a prosesser whike your at it.
