Audigy 4 options

I have been eyeing up an audigy 4 card as i've always used onboard sound and want to experience the difference....Komplett have the following 2 items :

firstly, am i right in thinking that these are NOT cut down versions of the audigy 4 series in terms of performance etc but just don't come with the accessories that their more expensive cousins do (ie 5.25 front box, remote controls etc?)

and what will the differnce be between the bulk and the retail versions as listed above? 1 comes in an anti static bag and the other in a box?

The bulk definitely doesn't have the remote.
" NB: Remote control not included..!" the retail doesn't have that disclaimer.
