    Question Advice on SFF PC

First of all I would just like to thank the members here who helped me before when I was in two minds about building a new full tower PC.

Anywho, I want to build a small form factor PC that'll be used as a PVR. Basically what I need is not an all powerful mini PC (My main PC is running at dual 2.8Ghz!), but a system that'll be sufficient enough for capturing movies & a little editing, capable of watching high definition movies (without it skipping all the time lol), and a pretty big hard disk would be nice aswell.

Also quietness is a must, since I would be using it to watch movies & TV must of the time.

The Seagate 7200.7 (200GB) and the Samsung Spinpoint (80Gb)are the two quietest drives in my collection so I would rate both equally suitable.
