    HP Pavillion zd8369

    hi....my dad is thinking of getting this notebook for £1074.30
    u think it's worth it? i've never had a laptop b4 so i'm not too sure what advice to give him

    Not a bad laptop - the HP RRP is £1 short of £1300 so your not getting a bad deal - although it may be worth having a quick look at the ASUS laptops if your really unsure. I would have thought the only thing thats gunna be difficult on that laptop is mobility - a distinct lack of battery power is probable with a desktop processor. The x600 integrated graphics should be good enough unless you want mighty gaming power. Looks nice aswell - nice large screen. Unless anyone comes up with anything significantly better then I would seriously consider it.
