Only had em a few weeks not a problem so far.
Used the 256mb versions in dual channel in a cheap system at work. no problems until they got flood damaged :(
I've been using that pair of modules since early march and I've had no trouble with them whatsoever. I'm happy with my RAM - especially since it tones in so well with my motherboard.
