I'm ordering the last two components of my new rig from Scan today (CPU and motherboard) but I'm faced with a last minute question: which motherboard do I get?
As I purchased the GTO² (:D) a couple of weeks ago, I have no need for SLi and so have turned to standard NF4 boards. Two catch my eye:
The Abit AN8 Ultra and the Asus A8N-E.
I'm drawn towards the Abit because of extra features but does anyone have any experience with either of these boards?
You could go for SLI because i think its teh gto2 after flashing is compatible with teh x850 master card? I'd go for the Abit as ive had no problems with my nf7-s, and havent had any experience with asus motherboards.

Go for the Asus one much better motherboards than the Abit.Asus are the best in my way of thinking
oh shuttup :P I had only been awake a short while. I meant crossfire but then realised neither of them were actually crossfire boards. Its the weekend and was a heavy night last nite.....

I like my AN8 Ultra :rockon:
It's quiet with no noisy chipset fan to fail ...
Loads of Vdimm if I need it.
