Ease off, even if stable?

So, my system broke, and I mentioned I was running my Crucial RAM (512mb DIMM of PC3200, DDR400) at 5/2/2/2.5, perfectly stable.

Now, a lot of people said that Crucial RAM couldn't handle those settings, and a few even said it might have been the faulty part. It wasn't: the GPU had gone, taking out the motherboard.

Now, in a few days, when the systems up and running again, do I ease off on these settings, or keep them, seeing as the system is stable with those settings?

;) If you're stabel then you're stable, just avoid leaving things too near the absolute limit. Of course you can play i safe, diffs between may not be worth any risk, your call.
