Nice, what cooler and case are you using? Anyway you're currently running 400FSB & 2.2ghz, upping to 11.5x is shifting you straight up to 2.3ghz which it seems will req more voltage (+0.05v?). You can also try to drop the FSB a little and use 11.5x or another higher multiplier for 2.25ghz? Be careful when upping the voltage as it creates a lot more heat and stress on the CPU, 1.65v is perfectly normal for your CPU and 1.75v should be an advised (pretty) safe max. If you don't get much higher (ie < 2.4ghz) then I'd drop the voltage back and run 2.2ghz or so.
