I'd want 2 smaller drives rather than the single larger one - not healthy to have just one drive and everything on it, IMHO

this is for your relative, right? not for........someone else?

Does "he" really need an Opteron 170 & 2Gb RAM?
& while you are at it better order a new kb for yourself - your Caps Lock appears to be sticking.

thats what he wanted, im only the messenger, i suggested 2 satas one for OS and one for data but he said he wanted it like that, he said hed seen a similar spec that was really nice and when asked wot parts he used he gave him a list very similar.
please dont shoot it down cause of the kit seeming a little powerful, i was hoping to see what people say about it and wondered if it was a good system spec and could it be made any better for less.
has anyone any experince with these new dual core opertons.
he is someone who when buys stuff buys damn good, i feel its excesive but hey i wouldnt mind one or have £1100 tossing around doing nothing and spending it on a new pc, he already has a 27" tft to play it on.
