    Time To Chill..

Guys, if you had around 40 quid to blow on a silent cooling solution for your box, what would you do... Would you save more to go water or would you get the Zalaman, or is there something similar?
I got the x2 4400 and im about to put it all together, the only prob is do i go for the stock heatsink and fan, or should i got with one of those ultra quite zalaman's...
I got around 40 to blow..

p.s. its all going to boxed up in the antec sonata 2... if that makes a difference..

    thanks gents..

Water cooling obviously has it's advantages but I'd go for the Zalman unless you:

    a) Didn't mind spending £100+ on cooling
    b) Are a quiet freak
    c) Don't mind the hassle of fitting water cooling

    I think this :

    Zalman CNPS9500-LED Aero Flower Cooler

Would be your best bet if you decided against WC.

I could vouch for the Zalman, one of the best cooler I've got at the moment. Very quiet, very powerful...

You need 25 constructive posts - ie not spam to register. Its update nightly, so it'll be tomorrow at the earliest before you can. Theres a thread somewhere explaining exactly what to do in order to set it up, so I wont go into that. They don't sell artic silver I don't think, I've tried searching before, but not found anything.

You don't really need AS5, those white goo that came with the Zalmans are good enough. If u fancy, Scan has them Akasa Silver Paste or Shinetsu as well. I would go for the Silver paste for like 3 quids..
