AN8 Ultra - quieter, better sound, more Vdimm & cheaper?

No, the Fatality is an Ultra chipset but the regular board coming out a few months later gained Q-OTES passive chipset cooling, 7.1 sound instead of 5.1 & 3.5Vdimm instead of 2.8V.
Lost the memory RAMFlow cooler though.

Well the machines not going to be doing anything harsh so I could keep the RAMFlow tho...

Passive's better as well tbh, as for the 7.1 sound not really needed but the extra vdimm mite if i ever get the time to start tweeking this damned box...

I would say the asus a8n sli premium, better cooling due to the heatpipes, 8 sata connections which along with the pata connections could allow 5 terrabytes of storage and it gives you the upgrade possibilities of sli.
