I already own case and tegan psu and have a 7800gt graphics card.
My budget is around £450
Swap the X-Fi card to a XtremeMusic and you have yourself a winner.

DDR2 PC5300 do I need better ram than this? Not to sure what ram to go for.
If you plan on overclocking (which by the looks of things you are) it's always better to get 'faster' RAM.
The extra £30 on some PC6400 may well be money well spent.
As above deffinatly get yourself some 6400 RAM, will make overclocking so much easier.
Split the 32ogb drive and use 2 x 160gb in RAID 0....The spped increase during game loading and play is significant.
