    How do i flash my bios

    I have a sn45g and was wondering how i flash the bios on the motherboard.
    OK i have winflash installed and the new bios for my sn45g but when i go to install the bios it says "binary file was load do you want to load again?", any ideas why it says this?

    yes i have done this but should it display the binary load message or not.

    open the prog, click open, choose the bin file, click file, click update
    i get that binary message i just ignore it ;p
