tbh, i find phone spam a lot more intrusive & a much bigger pain in the a$$ than any other form of spam cos when my phone goes off i'm expecting something personal from someone close - i try not to give my mobile number out to anything like this just to avoid this (although theres always someone who'll send you a ringtone from a website & inadvertently sign your numner up for spam..grrr!!)
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is

seems like a reasonable 'risk' to me too, tbh it's hard to see how they could actually lose out.

I can think of better ways to spend 3quid.

Like others have said, you'd be signing yourself up to mobile spam by doing it. God knows we get spam everywhere now

You'd prolly be better off buying 3 lottery scratch cards tbh and seeing how you do.

What would you do if we did one on HEXUS - using the old review kit for example?

    And a quid to enter?

Sounds good, there was a competition on Vr-zone or something similar were the mods chose the 10 most active members on the forums (over a set period) and let the other members decide who should win! (Good way to expand the forums). Might be an idea?
