will a slk800 fit any other sockets other than amd athlon?

got myself an slk800 but having spent over £30 on it, was wondering if it will actually fit any other sockets? a quick look at the athlon 64, it seems to have a similar positioning for the hsf clips..

any chance? or will i have to shell out again?

best to email the place your buying the A64 off to ask but it does look the same mounting system.

i wasn't going to get an a64 just yet (look at the pc in my sig, its at 195*11.5 at the moment).

As far as I know it only fits the Socket A standard.
