Going to buy a DFI mobo from CPU city, thought if anyone used them before.. how are their customer services and RMA? Any pointers would be great..

Me want Ultrabook
delivery service is v. good.
RMA is fair.
Bought my CPU from CPU City.
Delivery was AOK. Haven't needed to RMA, so that's even better!
Used them a few times.
I had to contact customer services on one occasion and everything was sorted out straight away. Not had to RMA anything though!
I've only ordered from them, very fast. Even sent my Dad in there once for a modem knowing they would help him out over the counter. (he's not into IT...)
Nox
cheers.. NF4 Ultra-D from CPU City it is then..
Me want Ultrabook
A little late, but I found CPU City to be find when I ordered from there a couple of times.
"Well, there was your Uncle Tiberius who died wrapped in cabbage leaves but we assumed that was a freak accident."
CPU City are pretty good. The staff are always helpful on their forums, and delivery is pretty fast, and they reply to emails very quickly.
However, when I had to RMA a stick of RAM, my experience was less than ideal. I had to wait a couple of weeks before I received a replacement, but I have a feeling that this is unusual for them. I'd still definitely buy from CPU city again though.
i got exactlly the same product from them a while back, not a fan of the board and wish i had gone different (asus mabe trades?) But the delivery was great and so was price and stock.
