FSB/multiplier settings for a Sempron 2800+

I built myself a HTPC with a Shuttle SK43G, AMD Sempron 2800+ (sda2800dut3d) Processor 256KB Cache FSB333 - OEM, stuck in my old WD Caviar 120Gb Hard Disk, and 2x512Mb Corsair ValueSelect RAM.

The BIOS doesn't seem to read the CPU right, showing is as an athlon XP @ 1250Mhz... I know the original BIOS for the SK43G didn't, but I updated it with a newer version.

Anyway my question is:

What should the FSB and multiplier settings be to make the CPU appear as a 2800.

I tried changing it, but have ar$ed it up and the PC wont boot now - think I need to reset the BIOS battery now.
