i was looking on the web and found this on an auctioning website

im highest bidder with 26 pounds and less then a day to go if i win it will it be alright to use? i mean its only got a 300/700 mhz but will it do for a time being that i can get enough money to get a proper one?

hard to say, physically it looks OK but it could still have problems that cant be seen.

yeah but all his reviews say a+ kinda guy so it should be good otherwise im sending back if i win hopefully i was talking about the performance of those sort of cards and do all nvidia card have sli? from 6600 up?

you might be able to unlock the pipes on these to give you a speed boost, also you can generally overclock these quite a bit. I got mine to 450/750 ish with an extra 4 pipes which competes pretty well with a GT. Mines the AGP version though and as always with overclocking mileage may vary

It's got an SLI link thingy at the side of the card, so I presume it'll do SLI.

This is a steal for the price. I wouldn't be advertising this on a forum if I were you

I bought one of those myself on Ebay a while ago, I paid £119 or so for it, it's quite a nice card to own, but I doubt that it will run in SLI, as it is a OEM card. My 6800 came from an high end Dell machine, according to the description in the auction at the time.
But I am looking into overclocking this a bit when I have time. It is well worth spending around £100 on this one I think.
