    System build: revised specs

    Hey guys, made a final decision on my new system! Hoping you guys could have a look and let me know if you can see again wrong with it!!!!
    please let me know. . .

    AMD Athlon XP2500

    Gigabyte 7N400 Pro nForce2 Ultra

    ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB DDR AGP

    TwinMOS 1GB (2x512MB) DDR PC3200 Dual Channel

    Western Digital 80GB 8mb

    Aquarius II Liquid Cooling

    ThermalTake Xaser III Silver V2000A


    Also could any of you suggest what size PSU I should buy and any cheap comp sites apart from aria, dabs, overclockers and micro direct???????

    Welcome to the forums!

    Seems like a good set-up to me, well apart from the case (my personal opinion though!).

    I'd prob go for 400w+ but im sure a 300/350w would do the job fine.

    www.ebuyer.co.uk is you havent looked, and the Antec Truepower PSUs are regarded as the best around, a 330w version can be yours for £49.
    For joy, apparently, it was all Franny could do to hold the phone, even with both hands.

    wouldnt bother with Aquarius II Liquid Cooling tbh

    scan has some CWT psus which are suppost to be decent - antec psus are made by them.

    also a maxtor hdd would be quieter

    theres a huuuuge list of shops in the bargain hunt forum
