    HI
You know when ebuyer has unblieveable offers like 120bg hd's for £40 which they later change there mind on to get people interested in site and then they offer free p&p on next stuff you buy? Well it happened to me and now I have got my free p&p which I had forgoten about, I'm HAPPY

    Cheers

I personally think ebuyer are crap. The mess orders up, and send you broken/2nd hand stuff (i got a mobo + manual, looked some 3 year kid had used it as a colouring book.)

I havent used them for about 1yr (since i got the gay mobo.) I have ordered USB 2.0 cable from them, last thursday, they charged me £2 shipping, and it was meant to arrive tuesday, but it still isnt here!!

    never use ebuyarse

Blockers, any chance you could exercise a bit of maturity in your posts?

Some people think Ebuyer are crap, but I've never had a problem with them. Oh well, just luck, I guess.

ebuyer have been had up for posting false stock levels all the time. they are v.cheap but have very poor customer service. sometimes its best to pay the extra from a shop u trust, sometimes its just worth getting it cheap as chips.

I do have a problem with there new postal though when u pay the money and have to wait like 5 days for your products

I've used eBuyer about 6 times now (last time just last week).

So far the only niggle I have had was when they took about 1 week to respond to an enote re. a problem with my at that time just delivered 9500 Pro. By the time that they replied Sapphire tech support & I had it sorted.

    Deliveries have always been fine.
E.g. last week I ordered about 5 pm selecting standard delivery (which was due by today, Wednesday) & was amazed when everything bar 1 item turned up next day. The other item turned up yesterday, still inside their delivery schedule.

Obviously people's mileage varies but I get the feeling that their service has improved over the last few months.

I think it depends whether the item is in stock or not.

I've placed an order last week and it was due Monday.
    Well, I am still waiting.

I am partially blaming on an item I've placed which they didn't have in stock at the time. It said "5 days" before they get more... Well, its been 5 working days, I checked this morning and yes they *had* some. But seem to have runned out again. My order? Still "Awaiting to Process".

They have until tomorrow to at least give an explanation.. Otherwise, I hit the cancel button.
I'd be more understanding if they actually replied to my Enote.

A shame really, I've had more positive experience with Ebuyer before..
The first time they were prompt with Enotes and delivery (had some problem with deliveries, but I blame it on the delivery guy... or the dodgy buzzer).
The second time they delivered when they said they would.

I've used eBuyer many times and I've never had a problem at all, I've always got what I wanted, quickly, cheaply and reliably..

I guess some of you have just been unlucky.

I haden't had a problem with them till a few weeks back when I ordered a new 80Gb HDD and they took the money and cancelled the order ... didn't even give me free P&P

Ive spent some 1.5k there although not ordering from them again as I have found better places (Kustom, Overclock, to name just two)!

TBH, I think there should be a thread where people can talk about their experience with various vendors..
One or two good/bad experience doesn't say much.. But once the thread get long enough, it might be useful for people who aren't sure who to buy from... Plus, some pattern might start to emerge.

e.g. From my experience so far, I would rate 7/10 for Ebuyer last week, but due to the aforementioned problem, I am dropping them to 5/10.

I've only used Simply once so far, but I'll currently rate them very highly (item received in a very timely manner - trouble free). Still, since its the first time I've ordered from them, I'll just give 8/10 (I'll reserve 9-10 for those I've used a couple of times).

    etc. etc.

Simply are OK if they actually have the item in stock - but you can't trust their online stock & their telephone is somewhat busy
