    My New Rig (at last)

FINALLY! i have upgraded my pc, its been two years since i bought my XP1700+, which i ran at 2.3 for over 20 months (<3 AMD), but 70degree temps on fullload when my aero7 spinning fast enough to lift a 747 off the tarmac really "grinds my gears". So i finally bought the following :

    Old :
    NF7-S v2.0
    XP1700+ JIUHB

    New :
    Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra 939
    Opteron 146 CABNE 0545

Still only got 2x256 Corsair XMS3500 rev1.1 though, so thats next on the list, aswell as replacing my 9800.

without too much messing got 2.8 out of the CPU at 1.4v which im happy about, would like some better ram before i try for 3 though.

Yep RAM is deffo next, 512 + bf2 is awful, but it plays so much smoother now then it did on my athlon, its impossible to describe.

What cooling are you using currently?
