    Which RAM?

Ok guys I have a SK83G with a 3400 and i do not overclock due to heat issues as the little shuttles get very hot. I currently have 2 sticks of OCZ OCZ400512ELPE in there and I am thinking of buying either OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 CL2-3-2-5 184PIN Pin Dual Channel Memory Kit or OCZ Performance PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 CL3-3-3-8 184PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit The first set are $264 canadian and the second set are $228 canadian. As I said I am not looking to overclock but I think 2Gb would help me out in BF2 and some other upcoming games.

Well i'd go with the plat stuff if you can afford it mate, otherwise step down to the performance stuff. People say that the timings don't make that much difference but personally i've noticed a difference going from OCZ Plat to Corsair Value (obvisously the Plat had a lot tighter timings). Hope that helps.

Ok thanks for your advice mate. I am not sure if the slower timimngs are really going to affect me if I do not overclock as that is really when they are most useful.
