Overclockable 939 Motherboard
Ok, I'm looking for a Socket 939 motherboard. It has to have (on top of the USB2, IDE etc that all of them have) SATA 3GB and PCI-E. I'll buy a motherboard with SLi on it if it is the better motherboard for the money, but I wouldn't give an extra brass farthing for it to be added to my board, as it won't be used.
I'll be getting an Opteron 144/146 processor, so overclocking is important. I need a board that will stabily take the chip as far as it will go. Also, as the memory will be PC3200, it obviously needs FSB:Mem dividers. Do all/most boards have this? The Asus website, as an example, only seems to directly mention it on its most expensive boards.
Budget is around £55-£60. This is the ex-VAT price, and it basically has to be from Scan.co.uk, as I'm getting the rest of my stuff from there, and if it is from anywhere else the shipping to N Ireland adds quite a %.
So, there you go. Thanks to everybody who contributed to my general thread. This is on a specific point, so I thought it warranted its own topic.
