Case Fans

I was sure this would have been posted many times before, but having done a thorough search, it appears not.
I'm replacing all the fans in my system - that's 3x80mm and 2x120mm.
I need *near* silent (very quiet will do) fans with Blue LED's.
What's my best bet?
Budget is £30 for the lot. (Can stretch if you persuade me enough)

A fan controller would be nice (on top of that budget), so is there something I can get to control all 5 fans?

*Clears throat* - I find it really hard to get the best of both worlds in terms of glow and sound level so I'd also be really interested to see what anyone could recommend.

Anyhow. Anyone experienced the Coolermaster or Akasa LED fans?

And why the hell don't Zalman put LEDs on a series of case fans! It's not like it would make them loud? Is it?

CoolerMaster 120mm fans from Scan work well for me. They use 3-pin connectors so they can connect to the motherboard and be controlled that way (that's how mine is set up, very quiet), but they've also got Molex adapters in the package if you want those. They seem a lot quieter than the Thermaltake blue LED fan I had previously though, and they look much nicer.

I'm loving the fact they've finally decided to come back to the Manchester Academy after two years, you can be damn sure I'll be there...

Anyway, I have a mixture of Coolermaster and Scan 3XS blue LED fans. The Coolermaster 120mm are pretty silent while the 80mm are a tad noisy, the 80mm 3XS ain't bad though.

I've got a Scan 3XS 120mm fan with blue LEDs, it's very very quiet indeed, I'd go so far as to say inaudible, but it does spin slowly - I put it on a fan controller but had to keep it turned up to max to get it to spin up at all . OTOH it would be ideal to use without a fan controller

LOL yes as a case fan it would be fine, it's just too slow to control manually (think it has a thermister, the rpm varies from 900 - 1200 IIRC. 900 is below the lowest limit for my controller's monitoring alarm, so I couldn't stop it beeping randomly). I actually had it on my radiator and it did the job there too, although I've put another fan on the back of that for extra cooling. Not that it's needed really, just wanted the fill up the second slot on my fan controller, the first being a case fan. The 3XS is so quiet I've left it on the front purely for the lighting. Think it was only around £8 too
