Well, you could upgrade your mobo, but think of it this way - if you upgrade your mobo then you have to upgrade your GPU anyway (as you wanted to) then you're speaking about upgrading your CPU)...that's basically upgrading all the parts you need to convert to PCI - E. What you have is a pretty good system anyway, and it's fine for the games you play, if you want to keep what you have now you'd be better simply upgrading the GPU to something AGP, or else going for S939.

Ok I think I may have hit a saving grace, I've just picked up cheap a used Athlon FX-51, so I think a New PC may be on the cards.
