    New 150GB Raptor out today

    As predicted, out today.

150GB, 16MB Cache, 10k rpm yawn etc yada ydad yada etc, and 150GB/s SATA, supporting NCQ.

Two versions, both identical, but the gamer has a clear section in the lid so you can see whats happening inside, unfortunately not LED lit though.

Is on the WD website, but not a lot of info yet.

Unimpressive to say the least, especially for the price.

They will sell, the gaming performance they provide is up there with 15krpm scsi drives. Look at the 7800GTX 512, ludicrous price, but they still sold.
